Ingredients for Suji ki puri Recipe

  • 1/2 cup suji
  • 1/2 cup Atta
  • As Required salt as per taste
  • 1/2 g reen chili
  • 1/2 tbsp green coriander
  • 1/4 Tbsp kasuri methi
  • 1 Pieces Boil potatoes
  • A Few Drops Warm water
  • as required refined

Directions: Suji Ki Puri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Pani garam karke suji ko achhe se bhiga denge. Suji achhe se bhigne k baad usme potatoes ko peel karke grate kr lenge wo bhi suji me add kr lenge. Fir green chilli and coriander leaves ko achhe se chopper ki help se chop karke daal denge . Atta, salt , kasuri methi 2 spn refined oil add karke achhe se dough ready kr lenge. 10 min set hone k liye rakh denge. Ab iski chhoti chhoti puriya bnakar apni pasand ki vegetables,pickles, dahi, sauce k sath hot serve kre.
