Ingredients for Suji ka halwa Recipe

  • 0.40 cup suji
  • 0.60 cup Sugar
  • 1.40 cup water
  • as required Saffron strands
  • A Pinch Pinch food colour
  • 1/20 cup Mix dry fruits
  • 1.20 g Spoon ghee
  • A Pinch Pinch cardamom powder

Directions: Suji Ka Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add ghee to kadai and add suji. Saute till we get sweet smell. Take to a plate. Add water to kadai. Add saffron strands, sugar and bring to boil. I added little food colour. Once water boils add suji to it and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Add ghee to a small pan and roast cashews and raisins. Once golden transfer to the suji kadai and mix well. Add cardamom powder and mix.
  • STEP 3.Your halwa is ready. Garnish with raisins.
