STEP 1.Add ghee to kadai and add suji. Saute till we get sweet smell. Take to a plate. Add water to kadai. Add saffron strands, sugar and bring to boil. I added little food colour. Once water boils add suji to it and mix well.
STEP 2.Add ghee to a small pan and roast cashews and raisins. Once golden transfer to the suji kadai and mix well. Add cardamom powder and mix.
STEP 3.Your halwa is ready. Garnish with raisins.
