Ingredients for Suji ka halwa Recipe

  • 0.40 Cups suji
  • 0.60 Cups Sugar
  • 1.60 Cups water
  • 1.60 Tbsp Deshi ghee
  • As Required Saffron
  • 1/5 Tsp Caradom powder
  • As Required Dry fruits

Directions: Suji Ka Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add ghee to kadai and add suji. Saute till we get sweet smell. Take to a plate. Add water to kadai. Add saffron strands, sugar and bring to boil. I added little food colour. Once water boils add suji to it and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Add ghee to a small pan and roast cashews and raisins. Once golden transfer to the suji kadai and mix well. Add cardamom powder and mix.
