Ingredients for suji ka chilla Recipe

  • 1/2 cup suji
  • 1/2 cup saffola masal oats
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted zeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/2 Pieces Small onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Small capsicum
  • 1/2 Pieces Small carrot
  • 1/2 Pieces As per taste Salt
  • as required water

Directions: Suji Ka Chilla Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a mixer grinder, grind the masala oats and suji together in a fine powder. Transfer to a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Chop all the mentioned vegetables very finely in a chopper.
  • STEP 3.Add the vegetables, curd and spices in the suji and oats powder and make a batter. Add some water if it's too thick. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.In a non stick pan, heat some butter and add the batter in small portions.
  • STEP 5.Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes on low flame then flip them over and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Your healthy chillas are ready to serve!
