STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add curd whisk well. Add suji, curd and salt mix well. Then add 1/2 cup water and make a semi thick batter. Cover it and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 2.After 20 minutes suji absorbed the water. Add some more water as required. Add baking soda and whisk again and pour the batter into greased idli mould. Steamed it for 5-10 minutes on medium flame and idli is ready.
STEP 3.Transfer into a plate.
STEP 4.Serve with hot Sambhar, coconut chutney, tomato ketchup and green chutney.......
