STEP 1.Add ghee to kadai and add suji. Saute till we get the sweet smell. Transfer to a plate.
STEP 2.Add water in Kadai. Add saffron strands, and sugar and bring to boil. Once the water boils add suji to it and mix well.
STEP 3.Add ghee to a small pan and roast cashews and raisins. Once golden add in Kadai and mix well.
STEP 4.Add cardamom powder and mix. Serve hot.
