  • 1/2 Cups suji
  • 1/4 Cup ghee
  • 1 Cups sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 Cup water

How to Make Suji Halwa Recipe

  • In a pan a or kadhai add 4 spoon ghee, add suji. roast till aromatic and gets light brown colour.
  • Then take it out of the plate.
  • In a pan 3 cups of sugar and add water. then boil the sugar and water nd add sooji nd ilaichi powder,dry fruits.
  • Then suji halwa is ready. and serve it.
