Ingredients for Suji halwa Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Sooji
  • 0.13 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 0.13 cup Cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoons Dryfruits

Directions: Suji Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.In pan add ghee and roast sooji/ rava on low flame.
  • STEP 2.Meanwhile other side boil water in another pan.
  • STEP 3.When sooji started aromatic add dryfruit and roast for 1 minutes on low flame.
  • STEP 4.Then add boil hot water in sooji or add sugar in it..
  • STEP 5.After few minutes ghee started leaving the pan..
  • STEP 6.Cook halwa till desire colour ..
  • STEP 7.Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • STEP 8.Tasty halwa is ready to serve.
