Ingredients for Suji halwa Recipe

  • 1/2 cup suji
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1.75 cup 7-8 cup
  • as required Saffron
  • 1 g spoon deshi ghee
  • handful Cashew and raisins
  • 1/4 As Required spoon caradom powder

Directions: Suji Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add ghee to kadai and add suji. Saute till we get sweet smell. Take to a plate. Add water to kadai. Add saffron strands, sugar and bring to boil. Once water boils add suji to it and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Add ghee to a small pan and roast cashews and raisins. Once golden transfer to the suji kadai and mix well. Add cardamom powder, mix well and serve.
