Ingredients for Suji golgappe Recipe

  • 3/4 Cups suji
  • As Required Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Mauda

Directions: Suji Golgappe Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take the sooji,maida in a big bowl, add oil and water gradually. Make a soft dough. Keep a side for half hour. Now, make small units from the smooth dough and roll them flat using a rolling pin.
  • STEP 2.In khadi, heat some oil and start frying the sooji purush one by one. Fry until they puff up and turn golden brown from both ends.
  • STEP 3.Switch off the heat when done strain and let it cool and serve.
