Ingredients for Suji dhokla Recipe

  • 1 cup suji
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Green chili
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Juice of one lemon
  • A Stalk One satchet of eno fruit salt
  • 1/2 tbsp For tadka
  • 1/2 Tbsp One tsp black mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp One tsp white sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Green chili
  • As Required Few curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Cups water with half lemon juice
  • As Required Fresh coriander leaves

Directions: Suji Dhokla Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly put all the ingredients of dhokla together except eno .
  • STEP 2.Keep it at side for 20 min
  • STEP 3.After 20 min add eno to it
  • STEP 4.Grease the tin with oil pour the batter.
  • STEP 5.Cook in steamer for 20 min
  • STEP 6.Meanwhile make tadka.
  • STEP 7.Heat oil to it add til, sarson, curry leaves, chili, sugar, salt, lemon water
  • STEP 8.Bring it to boil for 2-3 min
  • STEP 9.When you take out dhokla from steamer. Put tadka over it .
  • STEP 10.Let it rest for next 10 min
  • STEP 11.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and cut them in pieces. Enjoy
