  • 0.33 Pieces Apple
  • 0.08 Cups Dates paste
  • 0.08 Cups Corn flakes
  • 0.08 Cup Oats
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 0.11 Cup Dryfruit powder
  • 0.67 Tsp Ghee

How to Make Sugarfree Apple Dates Oats Laddoo Recipe

STEP 01

At first,grated apple and dates .

STEP 02

Then,poured it in pan and saute it .

STEP 03

Add honey,cornflakes,oats powder in it and mix it.

STEP 04

Saute them all in pan with honey and dryfruit powder.

STEP 05

Add ghee in it and saute untill the mixture leave the pan.

STEP 06

Afterthat,when the mixture got normal then taken a little portion from the dough and prepared the ladoos.

STEP 07

Coated the ladoo with dryfruit powder and keep them in fridge for 5hrs and serve it in puja or occational day.it is very healthy and tasty ladoo.
