Ingredients for Sugar Free Whole Wheat Chocolate Muffins Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 Tsp baking soda (bs)
  • 1/2 Tbsp unsalted buttter
  • 0.13 Cups oil
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 Cup milk
  • 1/2 Tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 Tsp chocolate essence or vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Tbsp unsalted buttter
  • 1/2 Tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 Cup Jaggery powder

Directions: Sugar Free Whole Wheat Chocolate Muffins Recipe

  • STEP 1. Take a bowl add butter,oil and jaggery powder and mix it all well.
  • STEP 2.Now take a luke warm milk add vinegar in it and mix it and keep it a side for few minutes,till it becomes curdle.
  • STEP 3.Now add this curdle milk in a butter,oil and jaggery mix bowl and mix it properly.
  • STEP 4.Now sieve flour,bp,bs and cocoa powder in another bowl. And now add this flour in batches in a wet ingredient.And mix it using cut and fold method.
  • STEP 5.Like this mix all flour and make a batter. Not flowing consistency.
  • STEP 6. Now pour this batter in a muffin liners or cups and put some chocochips on top(optional)and bake it in a pre heated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degree.Or till toothpick comes out clean.
  • STEP 7.Now cool down them and decorate it with some chocolate syrup and ready to serve. Enjoy.
