Keto Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce Recipe

Recipe By The Spruce Eats

Its hard to find a good keto barbecue sauce in the store that doesnt secretly contain sugar. Make your own at home and you control the ingredients and the flavor. Make it spicy or sweet, or a little bit of both. Its the perfect addition to your summer barbecues and works well on a variety of grilled and smoked meats. This version uses erythritol as a sugar alternative and is also paleo-friendly. It tastes delicious on top of ribs, pulled pork, and grilled chicken. The sauce comes together in 20 minutes and can be stored in the refrigerator for at least a week; if you properly can the sauce, it will keep for up to six months.
