STEP 1.First of all, we will prepare the stuffing, for that we will boil chana dal and grind it coarsely when it cools down.
STEP 2.Now heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, we will crackle the cumin seeds. Then add finely chopped green chillies and ginger, after roasting for 1 min, add lentils and salt as per taste and fry well.
STEP 3.Now prepare the dough for Kachori. For that, heat 2 bowls of water in a pan. Add 1 teaspoon oil, green chillies, semolina and salt as per taste and cook till the solution becomes thick.
STEP 4.When the solution becomes thick (like dough), then turn off the gas. Keep it in a plate and let it cool down.
STEP 5.When the dough cools down, smoothen it and make a small or big sized ball. Then spread it with hands and pack it by adding stuffing and prepare kachori by smoothing it.
STEP 6.Heat oil for frying in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, fry the kachoris till they turn golden.
STEP 7.So in this way our Stuffed Suji Kachori is ready. We will serve it hot. We can also eat it with chutney or sauce.
