Nowadays it's becoming my addiction to cook experimental food on my own. My today's recipe is an outcome of such an experiment. When I prepared this recipe for the first time, everyone who tasted it appreciated this repeatedly. Hence, I am thinking to present my invented recipe to you today.

Ingredients for Stuffed Potato Pithe #BSK Recipe

  • 3 pieces Baby potatoes
  • 1/2 Tbsp Rice flour
  • 0.13 cup Scraped coconut
  • 0.13 cup Crushed Palm Jaggery
  • 12.50 gms Khoya Kheer
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1.50 Tbsp Sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.13 cup Liquid Palm Jaggery
  • As Required white oil

Directions: Stuffed Potato Pithe #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.đŸĨ” Firstly, pressure cook the potatoes till 1st whistle, then peel them off.
  • STEP 2.đŸĨ” While they remain hot, coat them with rice flour.
  • STEP 3.đŸĨ” Deep fry all the coated potatoes in hot white oil.
  • STEP 4.đŸĨ” Scoop a small portion in the middle from each fried potatoes so that stuffing can be filled in. Take a fork and prick the body of the potatoes.
  • STEP 5.đŸĨ” For Stuffing, take a nonstick pan, mix the Scraped Coconut with crushed palm jaggery very well using hands/spatula.
  • STEP 6.đŸĨ” Turn on the gas, add 2 table spoon Condensed milk in the mixture and heat the pan until the mixture is done, take a small portion of the mixture in hand and try to make a small round ball from it. If the round ball is firmly made and not breaking, the coconut stuffing is ready.
  • STEP 7.đŸĨ” Parallelly take another nonstick pan and add grated Khoya Kheer with 1/2 Cup milk and 2 table spoon condensed milk. Stir continuously and boil this mixture until it thickens and forms a round ball in similar way. If the round ball is firmly made and not breaking, the Kheer stuffing is ready. Now keep 1 table spoon Kheer stuffing aside from this.
  • STEP 8.đŸĨ” Now add rest of the condensed milk to the remaining milk, add that 1 tablespoon Kheer stuffing and start boiling. Add the pricked potatoes and the liquid palm jaggery in this milk mixture and then boil all together for 5minutes.
  • STEP 9.đŸĨ” Now take the potatoes off from the milk mixture. Put the coconut stuffing 1st in the scooped portion topped by kheer stuffing.
  • STEP 10.The dish is now ready to serve.
