Ingredients for Stuffed potato capsicum Recipe

  • 0.13 kg Green capsicum
  • 0.13 kg Potato
  • to taste salt according
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • As Required Oil as needed

Directions: Stuffed Potato Capsicum Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds ,turmeric powder,red chili,coriander powder,fennel seeds mix everything and mix it by adding boiled potatos and salt mix it.
  • STEP 2.Cut the capsicum from above and fill the potato stuffing in the middle and pack it with its cap on top.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil again in a pan,add capsicum one by one and turn it upside down with the help of a spoon cook and serve with roti.
