Ingredients for Stuffed Onion Cups Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • 2 Nos tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 Nos eggs
  • 5 strips cook bacon
  • 1 Nos large red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • As required Vegetable Oil

Directions: Stuffed Onion Cups Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Chop celery and tomatoes . Peel off onions and cut it into two halves

step 2

  • STEP 1.Push it and separate it into cups. In a bowl crack in eggs. add salt, black pepper, add chopped celery ,tomatoes, bacon and cheese .

step 3

  • STEP 1.Whisk it and keep it aside. Heat a pan & grease with oil

step 4

  • STEP 1. Now place the onion cups into the pan and fill each cup with egg mixture . Now cover the pan with aluminium foil and place it in 200 degrees preheated oven

step 5

  • STEP 1. Bake it for 20 mins and serve.
