STEP 6.1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add rai for tempering.
STEP 7.2. Add hing, haldi, and chilli paste.
STEP 8.3. Mix in mashed potato, salt, and coriander leaves. Keep aside.
STEP 9.Steaming & Final Assembly
STEP 10.1. Grease a round tin with oil.
STEP 11.2. Just before steaming, add salt, sugar, and eno to the batter. Mix lightly.
STEP 12.3. Pour half the batter into the greased tin.
STEP 13.4. Place the potato stuffing in the center.
STEP 14.5. Cover with remaining batter and steam till cooked.
STEP 15.6. Unmould carefully.
STEP 16.Garnish & Plating
STEP 17.• Garnish with hung curd and red chilli powder.
