  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • STEP 4.Divide the dough and filling into equal portions.
  • STEP 5.Roll out a portion of the dough into a small circle.
  • STEP 6.Place a portion of the filling in the center and fold the edges to seal it.
  • STEP 7.Roll out the stuffed paratha gently, ensuring the filling doesn't come out.
