  • 0.33 tablespoon Tamarind Chutney
  • 0.33 tablespoon Green Chutney

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak urad dal and moong dal in water for 4-5 hours, then grind them into a smooth batter.
  • STEP 2.Add salt, asafoetida, and baking soda to the batter and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan and drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 4.Remove the fritters from the oil and soak them in water for a few minutes to make them soft.
  • STEP 5.Squeeze out the excess water from the fritters and make a small hole in the center of each fritter.
  • STEP 6.Stuff the fritters with a mixture of chopped onions, green chilies, and spices.
