Ingredients for Stuffed capsicum Recipe

  • 100 g Capsicum
  • 50 g Soya Chunk
  • 1 Tbsp finally chopped onion
  • 1/2 Tsp Finally job garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp finally chopped ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp C
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • As Required Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Directions: Stuffed Capsicum Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the junk with pinch job salt drain out the water and make it mince
  • STEP 2.Clean the capsicum cut it middle and make a capsicum into two part
  • STEP 3.Hit the one tablespoon oil and finally chopped Ginger garlic and onion it onstantly until the onion turned into brown
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder coriander powder c**** powder and red chilli powder and little bit of water and salt stair constantly until the raw essence of the spice gone.
  • STEP 5.Add mince of Soya chunk in it and mix it with spice very well. 4 to 5 minute s
  • STEP 6.Brush the oil inside and outside part of the capsicum very well
  • STEP 7.Stuffed the capsicum with the Soya mince feeling.
  • STEP 8.Hit 1 tablespoon oil in a fry pan put the stuffed capsicum on it, cook it in low flame with lid.
  • STEP 9.It with cucumber onion and lemon
