  • 1/4 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • STEP 1.Wash and dry the okra, then make a slit lengthwise on one side of each okra.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together grated coconut, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Stuff the coconut mixture into the slit of each okra.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add the stuffed okra and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
