How to Make Stuffed Aloo Puri Recipe
STEP 01
Mash potatoes and peas.
STEP 02
Prepare potato stuffing by mixing green chilli, coriander, fennel, asafoetida, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder and salt. Stuffed potato balls are ready.
STEP 03
Prepare dough by adding salt, carom seeds, red chili powder, coriander leaves, oil and water as required.
STEP 04
Roll out the potato stuffing with a rolling pin.
STEP 05
Heat the oilFry the stuffed potatoes till they are golden brown and crispy.
STEP 06
Serve hot with Spicy Aloo Puri Raita / Green Chutney / Favorite Vegetable
