Ingredients for stuffed aloo puri Recipe

  • 1 Pieces bail potatoes
  • 0.13 cup bael peas
  • 1/2 g reen chili
  • 0.13 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Amchur powder
  • 1/2 inch pinch asafoetida / asafoetida
  • 1/4 tsp Saunf
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Black salt
  • 0.13 tsp Celery
  • as required Oil
  • 0.63 cups flou

Directions: Stuffed Aloo Puri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mash potatoes and peas.
  • STEP 2.Prepare potato stuffing by mixing green chilli, coriander, fennel, asafoetida, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder and salt. Stuffed potato balls are ready.
  • STEP 3.Prepare dough by adding salt, carom seeds, red chili powder, coriander leaves, oil and water as required.
  • STEP 4.Roll out the potato stuffing with a rolling pin.
  • STEP 5.Heat the oilFry the stuffed potatoes till they are golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with Spicy Aloo Puri Raita / Green Chutney / Favorite Vegetable
