Ingredients for Stuff Paneer Bhurji Chilli Recipe

  • 75 gms Paneer
  • 3.50 pieces Green chilli big
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/10 tbsp Butter
  • 2.50 gms Salt
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1/2 tsp Kitchenking Masala
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp Mint leaves

Directions: Stuff Paneer Bhurji Chilli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and wipe mirchi, slit from middle and remove seeds and veins. with pointed knife. cover ur hand with plastic bag.and boiled 5-7mins. and drain water. Take out mirchi let it cool.
  • STEP 2.Now put oil and butter in a pan add jeera crackle, add chopped onion salt ginger chilli garlic paste chopped tomato kitchen king masala kasuri methi saute add grated paneer chopped mint leaves.mix well. stuffing is ready.
  • STEP 3.Now stuff in a mirchi and put 1tb. oil and saute all stuff mirchi for 2-3 mins. and serve. Tasty innovative stuff mirchi is ready to serve.
