  • 1/2 cup suji
  • 0.13 cup Curd
  • to taste salt according
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 Pieces Green chillies
  • As Required Coriander
  • As Required Sweet corn
  • As Required Spinach
  • 1/4 Tsp Soda
  • 1 Pieces Onion

Directions: Stuff Appe Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take one bowl. In this bowl mix suji and curd properly, then mix salt,1 tsp oil, chopped onion,green chilli, coriander . Make proper batter.
  • STEP 2. . For filling take one bowl .mix spinach, sweet corn,salt black paper and some drop of lemon juice.mixt it well.
  • STEP 3.Now preparing for appe heat appe pan, put drop of oil in all pan,put one one spoon of batter in all place.fill stuff than again put one one spoon of batter,cover lid for 5 mnt ,open lid and turn all the appe and cover lid for 5mnt again. Appe is ready for serve. It is perfect dish for rainy season.
