  • 1/4 cup Urad dal
  • 3/4 cup Rice
  • 1/4 tsp methi dana
  • 1/4 tbsp Curd
  • As required For outer layer
  • 1/2 cup dhokla better
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil
  • As required Rock salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Eno
  • As required For stuffing
  • 1/2 nos boiled aloo
  • 1/4 pkt Maggi masala e magic
  • As required pinch of salt
  • 0.13 tsp lal mirchi powder
  • 0.13 tsp green chilli paste
  • 1/4 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 0.03 tsp Rai
  • 0.06 tsp Haldi
  • As required Pinch of hing

Directions: Stuff Aloo Wada Dhokla Square Recipe

  • STEP 1.first dal and rice ko wash karke separate soak karna hai 7,8 hours ke liye
  • STEP 2.uske bad rice mai methi dana add karke pisna hai , dal ko bhi alag se pisna hai Bad mai dono better ko mix karna hai Curd add karke 8 hours ke fermentation ke liye rakhna hai
  • STEP 3.Subse pahele steamer mai pani add karke garam karne ke liye rakhna hai
  • STEP 4.Uske bad dhokla better mai oil , salt , lemon juice add karje mix karlo
  • STEP 5.Pani acchse garam ho jaye uske bad
  • STEP 6.Plate ko oil se grease kar lijiye iske bad bette mai Eno soda add karle acche se mix kar lijiye
  • STEP 7.Uske bad grease ki hui plate mai pour karke steam karna hai ( thoda thick rakhna hai ) uske bad dhokla ko completely cool karna hai , thanda hone ke bad rectangle shape mai cut karna hai ,phir ek rectangle as it is rakhna hai ,aur ek rectangle mai middle mai round shape cut karna hai
  • STEP 8.aloo ko mash karna hai
  • STEP 9.Uske bad magic masala , salt , lal mirchi powder ,green chilli paste , coriander leaves, and oil rai hing tadka laga lijiye oil mai hi haldi add kijiye
  • STEP 10.Acchse mix kijiye
  • STEP 11.Ready kiya hua rectangle lijiye, uske upar green chutney apply kijiye uske ready kiya hua stuffing , round kiya hua rectangle se cover kijiye uske bad square shape mai cut kijiye
  • STEP 12.Ready to serve
  • STEP 13.Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup or meetha chutney
  • STEP 14.Aap isko grill karke bhi serve kar sakte hai
