  • 0.40 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/10 tsp Salt
  • 0.40 tbsp oil for aloo and onion stuffing
  • 0.80 Pieces potato / aloo (boiled & mashed)
  • 1/5 Cups Onion finely chopped
  • 1/5 tsp Ginger paste
  • 0.40 Tbsp chilli (finely chopped)
  • 0.40 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1/10 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/5 tsp Ajwain / carom seeds
  • 0.40 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/5 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/5 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.15 tsp Aamchur
  • 1/10 As Required Salt

Directions: Stuff Aloo Paratha With Lots Of Veggies Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly, take a large bowl take 2 cup wheat flour and ½ tsp salt. mix well.add water as required.
  • STEP 2.now add little oil and start to knead well.knead to a soft dough.
  • STEP 3.grease oil and rest for 10 to 15minutes.Aloo and onion stuffing for paratha: firstly, in a large bowl take 3 potato and chopped onion and 1 tsp ginger paste, 2 chilli, 2 tbsp coriander and ½ tsp coriander seeds. also, add ajwain, 1chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder,garam masala, aamchur and salt.mix well making sure all the ingredients are well combined. Now stuffing is ready.for paratha.
  • STEP 4.now pinch a ball sized dough and roll about 4 inches in diameter.
  • STEP 5.place a ball sized prepared aloo onion stuffing in the centre.
  • STEP 6.take the edge and start pleating bringing it to the centre. also join the pleats and secure tight pinching off excess dough.
  • STEP 7.sprinkle some flour and roll slightly thick.on a hot tawa place the r paratha and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 8.Furthermore, flip the paratha when the base is partly cooked (after a minute).also, brush oil / ghee and press slightly. flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.finally, serve aloo onion paratha with sauce, raita or pickle.
