Strawberry Frosé Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Why This Frosé Will Be Your Summer MVP

Remember that sweltering rooftop party last July where everyone was fanning themselves with napkins? That’s when I first whipped up this frozen strawberry drink – and suddenly, I was the most popular person there.

This isn’t just a slushie for adults. It’s a velvety, blush-pink escape from humidity, with the delicate sweetness of ripe strawberries and the crisp bite of rosé. Plus, it takes less time to make than applying sunscreen properly.

Ingredients for Strawberry Frosé Recipe

  • 1/4 Nos Bottle of Dry Rosé
  • 1/2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 0.06 Cup Honey or Agave
  • 3.75 ml Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • As required Ice Cubes

Directions: Strawberry Frosé Recipe

How to Make It: No Fancy Equipment Needed

  • STEP 1.Pour ¾ of the bottle into an ice cube tray overnight. (Drink the remaining ¼ while you work – chef’s privilege.) This prevents dilution – a game-changer for perfect frosé texture.
  • STEP 1.Toss the frozen rosé cubes, strawberries, honey, lemon juice, and ice into a blender. Pulse until it reaches Daiquiri-level smoothness. Too thick? Add a splash of unfrozen rosé. Too thin? More ice!
  • STEP 2.Pour into chilled glasses. Or, if prepping ahead, store the blend in the freezer and give it a quick blitz before serving. Garnish with a fresh strawberry skewer or mint sprig for Instagram glory.
