  • STEP 1.In a saucepan, combine Chardonnay, sugar, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  • STEP 2.Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Meanwhile, soak gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes until softened.
  • STEP 3.Squeeze out excess water from the gelatin sheets and add them to the warm Chardonnay mixture. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • STEP 4.Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses or molds. Add a few sliced strawberries to each glass and gently press them down into the mixture.
