  • 100 gram Egg Noodles
  • 1 Carrot sliced into thin threads Nos
  • 50 piece Broccoli cut into bite size gm
  • 50 piece Chinese cabbage cut into bite size gm
  • 2 Spring onion finely chopped Nos
  • 1 Ginger finely chopped cm
  • 4 Garlic finely chopped cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1/2 Green chili pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 Red chili pepper finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ground sichuan pepper
  • 50 milliliter Vegetables stock
  • As required Salt

Directions: Stir Fry Noodles And Vegetables In Oyster Sauce Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.in a large saucepan bring 1 ltr water to a boil and add 1 carrot cut into thin threads, 50 gm broccoli cut into bite size pieces and blanch for 15 seconds. Then remove and drain.
  • STEP 1.in the same boiling water place 100 gm egg noodles and boil for 5 to 8 minutes. Then remove and drain. in a wok heat 2 tsp oil, add 1 cm finely chopped ginger, 4 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 2 finely chopped spring onions, 1 tsp ground sichuan pepper and fry for a few seconds.
  • STEP 2.then add ½ green and ½ red chili pepper finely chopped and stir fry for 1 minute. add the boiled noodles, 2 tsp oyster sauce, 50 ml vegetable stock, salt to taste and stir together for a minute
  • STEP 3.then add the blanch carrot and broccoli and 50 gm chinese cabbage cut into bite size pieces and stir together for a minute. then drizzle 1 tsp sesame oil and stir, transfer to a dish and serve.
