Ingredients for Stir Fry Iceberg Lettuce Recipe

  • 1/4 Nos capsicum
  • 1/2 Nos iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Nos garlic cloves
  • 1 Nos dried chilli pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chilli crisp oil

step 1

  • STEP 1.Mince garlic. Chop capsicum, lettuce into thin pieces. Cut dried chilli peppers into small pieces. Add oil into the pan and heat.

step 2

  • STEP 1.then add minced garlic, dried chillies, capsicum and saute it. Once its saute well add iceberg lettuce. Now add fish sauce, vinegar, honey, chilli crisp oil and mix well.

step 3

  • STEP 1.After everything is well mixed and fried then cook it at low flame for 5-6 mins until lettuce becomes soft. Serve fresh as a side dish with meat or chow mein.
