Ingredients for Stir fry chicken Recipe

  • 150 gm chicken (boneless)
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Pieces chopped cap
  • 1/2 Pieces chopped small onion
  • 1.50 Pieces 3-4 g
  • 1/2 Tbsp Soya sauce

Directions: Stir Fry Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a fry pan, add butter. As the butter starts melting add chopped onion and chillies. Sauté for a minute. Add garlic cloves and chicken pieces. Cook for 5 mins until chicken turns slightly soft and brown.
  • STEP 2.Add the capsicum. Add salt and pepper. Mix well and cover it for 5 to 7 mins. Add the soya sauce and cook for 3 mins. Once everything is cooked well add lemon juice and cover it. Turn off the flame and let it rest for 10 mins. All the ingredients will turn juicy and tender. Ready to eat. A healthy protein and fiber bowl is ready.
