Ingredients for Stir Fried Prawn Noodles Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon Groundnut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Szechuan peppercorns
  • 1 No.s garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 No.s red chilli
  • 1 No.s pak choi
  • 4 No.s spring onions
  • 100 gram raw peeled king prawns
  • 100 gram fine egg noodles
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Directions: Stir Fried Prawn Noodles Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat 1 tsp oil in a wok and add the ground szechuan pepper, garlic, ginger, and chilli. Stir-fry for a few minutes until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add the pak choi, 3 of the spring onions, and the prawns, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the prawns are pink.
  • STEP 1.Add the noodles and toss to reheat.
  • STEP 1.Add the soy sauce and vinegar and cook for a minute until the prawns are completely cooked through, and the noodles are hot.
  • STEP 3.Sprinkle with the remaining spring onion to serve.
