How to Make Stir Fried Clamswith Taucu Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Thinly slice ginger. Mince garlic and slice shallots. Add oil in a pan and heat it. Then add thinly sliced ginger and garlic. Saute until fragrant.

STEP 01

Add taucu followed by water, chilli slices and then allow the gravy to cook at high flame. Add salt as per taste and sugar too. After the gravy boils add the clams and scallions. Cook until clams open.
