STEP 1.1.Marinate the prawns by adding lemon juice of one lemon, turmeric powder, salt to taste and pepper powder.
STEP 2.2.Now heat a wide pan and add 3 tbsp oil,when oil is heat enough add marinated prawns carefully. Stir fry the prawns until the prawns become tender, changes it's colour and become c shaped. Now keep the stir fried prawns aside.
STEP 3.3.In the same pan add some more oil ,keep the flame at medium .When oil is heat enough add ginger garlic paste , cook until the raw smell of the paste disappear, add diced onions and saute until the onions turn golden brown.
STEP 4.4.Now add chopped garlic, chopped green chillies and diced capsicum, saute for 3-4 minutes. Add salt to taste (keeping in mind the amount of salt added while marinating the prawns),add Maggi Masala A Magic powder ,stir well and cook for 2 minute.
STEP 5.5.Add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and soy sauce ,stir well with veggies. Now add stir fried prawns carefully stir it with sauce and veggies.cook for 5-6 minutes at medium flame.
STEP 6.6.Now add spring onions stir fry for 1- 2 minutes at high flame.
STEP 7.Stir Fried Chilli Prawns is ready.😊
