  • 1 piece Ginger

How to Make Sticky Honey Ribs Recipe

Place the ribs in a saucepan of water and bring to a boil.

Then cover and turn the heat to medium and cook until tender.

You can use a slotted spoon to remove and drain the ribs and Keep aside.

In a wok heat 1 tbsp oil, 1 cm finely chopped ginger, 3 cloves finely chopped garlic, 2 finely chopped spring onions, 1 tsp ground red peppercorns and stir.

To this add the boiled ribs along with 2 tbsp dark soy sauce and stir together for a minute.

Next add 2 tbsp honey and salt to taste to stir fry for 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.
