Ingredients for Stewed Pinto Beans Recipe

  • 4 cup dried pinto beans
  • 4 Nos large roma tomatoes
  • 3 cup Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Nos medium onion
  • 2 gram Nos stock cubes,4 per cube sub with 2 tsp of bouillon powder

Directions: Stewed Pinto Beans Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add oil in a pot & heat it.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions , tomatoes and saute them . Then add ginger and garlic powder and stir it.
  • STEP 3.Add a cup of water and turn the gas to low flame. Then add bouillon powder , salt as per taste and stir it well.
  • STEP 4.Now add the beans and cook it at low flame for 5-6 mins. Once it. Cooked turn off the flame and Serve.
