This recipe can easily be made on the stovetop or in the slow cooker.

Ingredients for Stew Pork Recipe

  • 600 gram pork claws
  • As required Water
  • 5 stalk green onion
  • 5 piece Ginger
  • 1 No.s Star anise
  • 1/4 cup shaoxing wine
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon rock yellow sugar
  • 4 cup water to stew

Directions: Stew Pork Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Blanch pork in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then remove and set aside. Discard the blanching water.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Put green onions in clay pot, add sliced ginger, add blanched pork paws and star anise and rock sugar.

step 3

  • STEP 2.Add 4 cups water, wine and light soy sauce, then reduce heat and slimmer for 2 hours

step 4

  • STEP 1.Keep checking if tender or not. Increase the Stove heat it may take about 30 minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Transfer to a serving bowl serve with sauce and pour them over meat.
