  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Green Onions, Finely Chopped

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, shrimp, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and green onions.
  • STEP 2.Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of a wonton wrapper.
  • STEP 3.Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it in half to form a triangle.
  • STEP 4.Press the edges together to seal the wonton, making sure there are no air pockets.
  • STEP 5.Repeat with the remaining filling and wrappers.
  • STEP 6.Place the wontons in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper.
  • STEP 7.Steam for 8-10 minutes, or until the wontons are cooked through.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.

Cooking Tips
