STEP 1.Method:
STEP 2.In hot boiling water add salt and mix the rice flour, knead into a soft Dough.
STEP 3.Mix the grated coconut and jaggery together for the stuffing.
STEP 4.Make a small size ball and roll the dough like roti and stuff the filling. Fold it like a half moon and secure the edges with water. Once all the stuffing is used. Put the jun pitha into a steamer. Steam for 15-20 mins . Now , it's ready to yummy jun pitha to eat 💖
