  • 1 cup ) rice flour.
  • 1.50 cup ) grated coconut.
  • 2 cup ) grated jaggery
  • 2.25 cup ) hot boiling water.
  • 2.50 nos ) pinch of salt.

Directions: Steamed Rice Flour Jun Pitha 💖 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method:
  • STEP 2.In hot boiling water add salt and mix the rice flour, knead into a soft Dough.
  • STEP 3.Mix the grated coconut and jaggery together for the stuffing.
  • STEP 4.Make a small size ball and roll the dough like roti and stuff the filling. Fold it like a half moon and secure the edges with water. Once all the stuffing is used. Put the jun pitha into a steamer. Steam for 15-20 mins . Now , it's ready to yummy jun pitha to eat 💖
