  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon shaoxing wine
  • 10 Nos garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1.50 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 Nos scallions
  • 0.33 cm ginger

How to Make Steamed Prawns With Garlic Recipe

STEP 01

Clean and cut prawns into two halves

STEP 02

Marinate the prawns with salt,white wine,shaoxing wine and keep it aside for 15 mins

STEP 03

Mince the garlic cloves

STEP 04

Chop scallions and ginger into slices

Then add half of the minced garlic and saute it.

Now add sesame oil, soy sauce, shaoxing wine and add the remaining minced garlic.

place out the chopped scallions and ginger slices on a plate

put the prawns onto it and top with minced garlic
