Steamed Prawn Dumpling Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Steamed Prawn Dumplings, also known as Har Gow, are a popular Cantonese dim sum dish. These delicate dumplings are filled with a mixture of fresh prawns, bamboo shoots, and seasonings, wrapped in a translucent dumpling skin. The dumplings are then steamed to perfection, resulting in a tender and juicy filling encased in a thin, chewy wrapper. Steamed Prawn Dumplings are often served with soy sauce or chili oil for dipping, and make a delicious appetizer or snack.
