  • 250 gram pork
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
  • 2 tablespoon tianjin preserved vegetables
  • 1/2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • As required Pepper
  • As required Scallions

  • STEP 1.Wash preserved vegetables. Mince the pork meat. In a bowl add minced meat, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce, shaoxing wine, pepper and preserved vegetables, cornflour, water and mix thoroughly.

  • STEP 1.Place the meat mixture on a plate and steam it for 30 mins. Lastly garnish with some scallions and serve fresh.
