Ingredients for Steamed Fish In Cooker Recipe

  • 500 gram Fish
  • 1/4 tablespoon chopped Garlic
  • 1 cup chopped Onions
  • 2 No.s Tomatoes
  • 2 No.s Chillies
  • As required Mustard oil for cooking
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Directions: Steamed Fish In Cooker Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Take small size fish in a container.  add salt and keep aside

step 2

  • STEP 2.Chop some onions, finely chop garlic and then add them on the fish.

step 3

  • STEP 3.2. Roast a few tomatoes and chillies on the flame. Peel the skin off. Mash well together.

step 4

  • STEP 4.3. Now pour mashed tomato paste on the fish and add mustard oil as well., green chilli as per taste and mix well .

step 5

  • STEP 5.Its ready to steam. Also add a little water.

step 6

  • STEP 6.1. Place the fish container in the cooker, pressure cook it along with rice. Place the cap and cook for 15 minutes.

  • STEP 7.It is cooked, serve hot.
