Ingredients for Steamed Egg Muffins Recipe

  • 1.67 Pieces Egg
  • 0.33 Pieces Medium onion
  • 0.33 Pieces Medium tomato
  • 0.33 Pieces Small carrot
  • 1.67 tsp Milk
  • 0.17 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.17 cup Grated cheese
  • A Handful Chopped coriander
  • A Handful Chopped spinach

Directions: Steamed Egg Muffins Recipe

  • STEP 1.In pan add butter, add all chopped veggies and sauté till veggies turn soft. Allow to cool.
  • STEP 2.In mixing bowl break eggs, whisk by adding salt + pepper powder + milk+ garlic powder and whisk well. Add veggies + chopped coriander + cheese and give a good mix.

  • STEP 3.Grease moulds, pour into moulds and fill upto 3/4th part of mould.
  • STEP 4.I used steel bowls and steam for 10 -12. Let it cool and then de mould.

  • STEP 5.Soft muffins are ready to serve.

  • STEP 6.Serve with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
