  • 2 Pieces Egg
  • 33.33 gm Minced chicken
  • 0.67 Tbsp Ginger garlic green chilli paste
  • 0.33 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 tsp White pepper powder
  • 0.33 A Few Chopped coriander leaves
  • 16.67 gm hung curd
  • 0.67 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 0.67 tbsp Butter
  • 0.33 tsp Refined oil
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander
  • 0.67 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.33 Tsp Shahi garam masala powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Sugar

Directions: Steamed Egg-keema Kebab Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl crack 6eggs, and mix in minced chicken, black pepper powder, white pepper powder , Ginger garlic green chilli paste, lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves, shahi garam masala powder, and salt and sugar
  • STEP 2.Grease another bowl with oil, add the egg mix, cover it with a foil and steam it by employing double - boiling method
  • STEP 3.After steaming, cut the egg mix to cubes and set it aside in the fridge for 20mins
  • STEP 4.For kebab marination, in a bowl, add hung curd, Mustard oil, Ginger garlic green chilli paste, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander powder, shahi garam masala powder, salt and sugar....mix well and coat the egg-mincedchiken cubes with the mixture and let it sit for 15mins
  • STEP 5.Brush a non-stick pan with butter, and shall fry the marinated cubes on a medium - low flame
  • STEP 6.Serve Steamed Egg-Keema kebabs with desired chutney/dip and salad and enjoy!
