Ingredients for Steamed Egg Curry #Egg#BMST Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1.50 Tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 1 Tbsp reated coconut
  • 1 Pieces reen chillis
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Cup water

Directions: Steamed Egg Curry #egg#bmst Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the eggs 5/7 minutes on high flam
  • STEP 2.In a mixer grinder prepare a fine paste of poppy seeds and Mustard seeds
  • STEP 3.Take a tiffin box and after de shelling the eggs Add mustard seeds poppy seeds paste, Turmeric powder, salt, green chillis, mustard oil and greated coconut.
  • STEP 4.Than all the ingredients mix them well with a spoon
  • STEP 5.Close the lid of the box
  • STEP 6.In a pan put in the tiffin box and add water 20 persent of the tiffin box
  • STEP 7.Covered the pan to prevent the steam let steam cook for 20 minutes
  • STEP 8.Once done Switch off the flam and very carefully take the box out of the pan
  • STEP 9.Then serve hot rice
