- 80 milliliter Water
- 2 tablespoon wheat flour
- 1.50 tablespoon Sugar
- 100 gram wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 gram baking powder

How to Make Steamed Chinese Buns Recipe
Take a bowl and mix yeast, water,wheat flour and sugar thoroughly.
Now keep the mixture in warm area for 30 mins
Add wheat flour, water, sugar, salt and oil in to the yeast mixture.
Take a big bowl and apply some oil in the bottom, put the dough in it and keep it covered for 1 ½ hours.
Now flatten the dough with some baking powder sprinkled on it , knead the baking powder in the dough at least for 5 mins.
Shape the dough into logs and cut it into 12 equal pieces, place it on baking paper and keep it for 10 mins.
