STEP 1.In a bowl take all purpose flour, pinch of salt baking powder and water. Mix until the dough just about comes together.knead a smooth dough.
STEP 2.Cover and allow it to rest for 45 minutes.
STEP 3.In a mixing bowl add keema, finely chopped onion,green onion,ginger green chilli paste,half teaspoon refined oil, salt, half teaspoon pepper powder, sugar and soy sauce.
STEP 4.Mix everything thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
STEP 5.Devide the into tiny portions.
STEP 6.To roll the wrappers thin, such that the edges are extra thin.
STEP 7.Grease your steamer tray with oil and keep at the ready.
STEP 8.Take a momo wrapper. Apply water along its edges. Place the filling in the middle.
STEP 9.Make any momo shape.
STEP 10.Arrange the momos in the steamer, and steam on medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes,until the wrappers are cooked. Be careful not to overcook.
STEP 11.Serve hot with red hot momo chutney.
